I just overheard a lunch-time conversation between 6yo Kristi and 4yo Nathan...
K: Look, Nathan, a skirrel!
N: No, it's "squoyel"
K: No - "skirrel!"
N: "Squoyel!"
K: No!
N: Mom, how do you say "squoyel"?
Mom: Squirrel.
K & N: See?!?
